+ What is stone paper?

As the name implies, stone paper is a type of paper that is made from finely crushed stone and uses a small amount bio-polyethylene resin as a binder. The stone that is used to make the paper typically comes as waste from quarries, further reducing the need for additional raw material. Thanks to its composition, stone paper is waterproof, oil proof, grease resistant, and tear resistant. Stone paper is made without the use of harsh chemicals such as bleach and acid. The process also uses no trees or water, and releases about 62% less CO2 emissions. The end result is a brighter, whiter, smoother, more environmentally friendly paper.

+ Are stone paper notebooks recyclable?

Yes! Stone paper notebooks are completely recyclable. If you’re in an area that requires sorting, they would go with the Type 2 Plastics.

+ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! At the moment our online shop is only set up to ship within the United States, however if you’re one of our international customers, please send us an email and we’ll get you taken care of.

+ What is your return policy?

Unopened and unused items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of receiving. Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded. If your item arrives damage or is in unusable condition, please contact us immediately at info@hivenotebook.com.

+ Do you offer custom logos on your covers?

Yes! Currently our minimum to do so is 500 units. We are working on a solution to make that number much lower. If you’re interested in outfitting your team with our notebooks or want to use them to market your brand, reach out to us at info@hivenotebook.com and lets get the ball rolling.

+ Will you have additional sizes and page styles available?

Yes! We are currently working on several additional sizes as well as page types such as grid and bullet. Please drop us a line and let us know what you're most interested in. The sizes and styles with the most interest will come out sooner.

+ Will you have other industry ‘cheat sheets’ available?

The short answer is yes. At the moment, to provide you with the best possible product, we are focused on what we know best. As we grow one of our goals is to introduce additional industry geared notebooks. If you have an idea that you’d like to see put into print, please let us know. Alternatively if you’re an expert in your field, lets chat. We may be interested in working together to come up with the next great notebook.

+ Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes, on orders of 10 or more notebooks. Please get in touch and let us know how many notebooks you’re looking for and we will get you discount code you can use.
